In May, Liga.net, in partnership with Nova Poshta, asked readers to name the companies that helped them survive the quarantine, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise or discovery. Almost a thousand people identified more than 200 companies. From them, the editorial board selected and published a list for voting from the 50 most popular companies that sold, donated, fed, ate, entertained, dressed, treated and educated Ukrainians. Among them, readers identified the best of the best - the heroes of the quarantine period.

A total of 4506 people took part in the voting, which lasted until the end of June. Everyone could vote only once.

As a result, the top five included: Rozetka online store, Silpo supermarket chain, supplier of electricity and energy efficient solutions YASNO, water delivery from IDS Borjomi Ukraine (Mywatershop.ua) and courier delivery Glovo.

Under quarantine, YASNO continued to improve the quality of service, share energy efficiency advice, and provide remote service, ensuring safety for customers' health.

"We are proud and grateful to customers for their appreciation. In March, for human safety, all YASNO energy offices in Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk oblasts switched to remote maintenance. YASNO has created all the necessary conditions for most issues to be resolved online or by phone: pay the bill, send meter readings, get advice on calculations and charges.

We called on all experienced users of online services to help the elderly to solve utility problems remotely. The company continues to do everything to make it easy and pleasant for customers to communicate with us, ”said YASNO Director of Sales and Customer Service Yevhen Bushma.
