In the middle of the night of October 22, one of DTEK Energy's thermal power plants was again targeted with russian missiles. No casualties have been reported. The plant’s equipment, however, got damaged. The scale of the damage is still being evaluated. Repair works are underway.
 
DTEK Energy continues to do everything possible to maintain the reliable operation of the Ukrainian power system in the face of russia’s attacks. The company works in line with Ukrenergo.
 
The last attack on DTEK’s power plants occured on August 24. Starting fall last year, DTEK Energy's power plants have been attacked 35 times. As a result, three power engineers have been killed, another 28 have been injured. The attacks also resulted in casualties among contractors and rescue crew’s members working on the sites.
