DTEK CEO Maxim Timchenko will join the discussion held by Atlantic Council “Europe in Crisis: The path forward”. The 2023 Forum will have a special focus on the challenges of managing energy security and decarbonization efforts in tandem, including the increasing effect of the war in Ukraine on the energy transition.
