YASNO leads Ukrainian electricity suppliers

Three YASNO brand companies have again topped the ranking of electricity suppliers compiled by the USAID Energy Sector Transparency Project’s DiXi Group think tank. Online services, commercial offers, customer information, transparency, and business activity were evaluated. Among the 50 suppliers, the leaders were Kyiv, Dnipro, and Donetsk energy services operating under the YASNO brand.

The national ranking was topped by Kyiv Energy Services, a supplier of electricity, gas, and energy efficient solutions. Dnipro and Donetsk energy services ranked second and third, respectively.

The ranking is designed to help consumers (primarily legal clients) rationalize the choice of supplier, reduce time and costs, as well as de-risk decision-making and accelerate the process of obtaining services.

Over the past six months, the YASNO companies have significantly increased their performance, in particular, in online services and commercial offers, which has allowed them to maintain uncompromising leadership and top the rankings for the second time in a row. YASNO is constantly developing and creating new digital services so that each customer can solve electricity supply issues in a few minutes using a website, personal account, mobile application, Viber-bot, and/or telephone voice robot.

The companies not only provide households and businesses with electricity and gas, but also offer a wide range of “green” products and solutions for comfort, energy efficiency and electric mobility. Private customers can order energy-efficient kits, home solar power plants, charging stations for electric vehicles, energy storage systems, air conditioning equipment from YASNO, plus companies and institutions can use the energy audit, energy management, and other energy services.
