A new Technology room for DTEK employees has been opened in Dnipro. This project was implemented by Innovation DTEK team together with DTEK Dnipro Grids.
Innovation DTEK team continues to bring new technologies closer to DTEK employees. One of the ways is physical space, where innovative technologies are presented. Technology room is a demonstrative and experimental platform on the basis of which every DTEK employee can get acquainted with new technologies that are piloted in DTEK's business.
“New Technology room in Dnipro will give an opportunity to show in practice how the new exponential and disruptive technologies that we use in pilot projects help to bring the company closer to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and decarbonization as well as make the processes safer, more environmentally friendly and more efficient," said DTEK Chief Innovation Officer Emanuele Volpe.
The company plans to hold workshops and meetings for those interested in technology in the Technology room on regular basis.
“We are very pleased with the opening of the Technology room in Dnipro. I am confident that such a demonstration of the most advanced technologies will become an additional opportunity for employees and help generate new bright and creative ideas that will improve our service for clients,” said Andrii Tereshchuk, CEO of DTEK Dnipro Grids.
The opening was accompanied by workshops on 3D scanning, 3D printing, drones and XR (AR /VR/MR) technologies.
