The increase in production was made possible by a successful completion of the drilling program 2020, as well as completion of 2 wells in 2021. Moreover, in 2021, DTEK Oil&Gas successfully completed workovers, stimulation and technological operations at more than 20 wells of the production well stock. Some applied technologies were used by the company for the first time in Ukraine. DTEK oil and gas business remains a technology leader and a driver for the development of Ukrainian oil and gas industry.
By the end of the year, DTEK Oil&Gas plans to complete drilling of 2 more wells and commission of a modular refrigeration unit at Machukhske field. This will allow the company to reach a new record production rate in 2021 – 2 bcm of gas.
