DTEK Director of sustainable development Oleksandr Kucherenko tops ranking of the best HR directors in Ukraine

Director of sustainable development at DTEK Oleksandr Kucherenko topped the rankings of the 30 best HR directors in Ukraine according to the Delo.ua and TOP-100. The Ranking of the largest. According to the rating organizers’, today the position of an HR director is becoming a key element in the corporate structure and their role in rescuing companies during a crisis comes to the fore.

The rating of the best HR directors was based on three evaluations: 20% of the readers' vote on the Delo.ua website, 60% of the expert jury, and 20% of the editorial board. The long list of the rating includes more than 150 participants.

Experts assessed candidates according to four criteria: corporate culture (quality of internal communications), corporate education (quality of corporate educational programs for personnel training and development), CSR (quality of social HR programs, usefulness for society) and innovation (innovative solutions in the field of personnel management).
