Corum Group (DTEK Energo) signed the first contract on the Lithuanian market. The machine construction company will manufacture and deliver the spare parts for Lietuvos Geležinkeliai.

As part of the 2030 Strategy and the plans to diversify the product portfolio, Corum Group entered the market of Lithuania thus expanding its presence in the EU market. The signed contract provides for the supply of two sets of 137 items to be used for the manufacture of the rail freight wagon bodies.

"It is nice to know that we open the year of 2022 by entering the new market. The awarded tender confirms our high expertise in mechanical engineering. It proves that our products are competitive on the international market. This contract opens for us a new, highly demanding market. Cooperation with Lietuvos Geležinkeliai shows that the Corum Group’s solutions are among the best ones," commented Mikhail Potapov, the CEO of the Corum Group. - The awarded tender also opens the prospect of work for Corum Group and the Ukrainian market in the direction of supplying components and spare parts for railway transport.

The order will be fulfilled at the Corum Druzhkivka Machine Building Plant. The shipment is scheduled for spring 2022.
