Academy DTEK presents a unique interactive educational products in Ukraine which boost user’s engagement and awaken inquisitive interest. This training tool allows the adults to feel themselves in the shoe of main character and face tough situation at some points of its managerial activity. Once the choice is made, it directly affects the plot of the film and leads to the corresponding result.

We see that the educational process is now most influenced by three factors - the democratization of information (information fatigue syndrome), laziness (a normal biological mechanism for conserving resources when there is no threat) and time constraints (adults have only 1% of the time left in their active work life to study). The culture of lifelong learning is not developed much. However, we see that we are facing a need to retrain a large number of adults in the years to come.
