DTEK and Fluence start commissioning phase of Ukraine’s largest battery storage portfolio
Launched in response to the profound disruptions caused by russia’s full-scale invasion, the Charter establishes a new paradigm for responsible human capital governance rooted in dignity, inclusion, and long-term resilience. It serves as an institutional anchor for aligning policy, business, and international cooperation around people-centered economic growth.
At the URC it was officially introduced as an institutional framework designed to guide the renewal of Ukraine’s labor market in alignment with international best practices and inclusive economic principles.
The goal is to attract EUR 100 mln in investments to fund 100 energy efficiency projects for Ukrainian businesses — specifically, the deployment of solar power plants with battery energy storage systems (PV + BESS).
These projects will be delivered by D.Solutions (operating under brand YASNO).
