One of the DTEK employees, to whom the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) notice of suspicion was addressed, arrived at the bureau in advance on his own initiative to participate in the proceedings - earlier than planned.

An employee of the company voluntarily provided comprehensive answers to all questions that interested the representatives of the pre-trial investigation.

He also assured that he is open to further active cooperation with NABU in order to find out the truth more quickly.

As previously reported, two DTEK employees to whom the notices of suspicion were addressed interrupted their scheduled vacations and returned to Ukraine specifically to participate in the proceedings.

DTEK is convinced that there are no grounds for raising suspicions to the company's employees. Moreover, the groundlessness of the accusations of illegal actions is supported by the results of expert assessments and reports from international audit companies that the company is ready to provide to pre-trial authorities.

DTEK is counting on an objective investigation and plans to protect the business honor and reputation of its employees by all legal means.

DTEK Group is the largest private investor in Ukraine’s energy sector, with 55,000 employees and over €12 billion of capital invested since 2005.

Since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, DTEK Group has restored power to millions of consumers across regions affected by hostilities.
