russia attacked DTEK's grid infrastructure in Odesa and Kyiv early on 22nd October, causing significant damage and cutting power to thousands of residents.

Where possible, in Odesa, DTEK engineers switched critical infrastructure and residential consumers to backup power supplies, restoring electricity to 14,200 households within hours. The damage is extensive, and repair efforts are underway to restore full service as quickly as possible.

In Kyiv, scheduled power outages are currently in effect.
