A repair worker at a DTEK thermal power plant was killed and a contractor wounded on Friday when a russian strike hit the facility, causing substantial damage.
The injured contractor - a crane operator - is receiving medical assistance. Crews at the station are clearing debris and assessing damage in coordination with network operator NPC Ukrenergo.
The attack was one of almost 230 against the company's thermal fleet since the start of the full-scale invasion. russia last attack on DTEK's power stations came on 5th June.
