DTEK, the largest private investor in Ukraine’s energy sector, has been named the biggest contributor to Ukraine’s tax receipts of any Ukrainian company in 2024. The report by Ukrainian media outlet NV shows the company contributed 41 billion hryvnia, equivalent to around €878 million. This represents a significant increase since pre-war levels; DTEK’s tax contribution in 2021 was 31.9 billion hryvnia.
