Today, December 16, russian troops once again carried out a massive terrorist attack on the civil and energy infrastructure of Ukraine.

As a result of the shelling, the DTEK Energy facility, which had already been repeatedly attacked by the enemy, was damaged. Currently, it is completely disconnected from the power system.

Fortunately, there were no victims.

After the end of the shelling, the energy workers quickly started eliminating the consequences of the attack and restoring the operation of the equipment.

As a matter of safety, only the critically important members of employees stay at the facilities, others are working remotely.

DTEK Energy continues doing everything possible to support stable operation of Ukraine’s energy system under condition of the enemy’s massive projectile strikes. The company aligns its activities with NEC Ukrenergo.

In September-December, DTEK Energy's energy facilities were subjected to 20 russian terrorist attacks. As a result, 24 energy workers were injured, 3 died. There were also casualties among rescuers and employees of contracting organizations.
