The Investment Hub is a platform that connects capital, institutions and corporates aiming to unlock investment opportunities in Ukraine's energy sector and infrastructure reconstruction. Through private forums, expert discussions and targeted engagement, it brings together stakeholders involved in financing, developing and delivering projects in Ukraine.
The Hub is is a joined initiative established by DTEK, Ukraine's largest private energy company, and Dragon Capital, Ukraine's leading investment group – two leaders working together to turn interest into action.
On Wednesday 30 September 2026, DTEK and Dragon Capital launched the Investment Hub with a closed-door breakfast briefing in London, bringing together senior representatives from government, international financial institutions, investors, export credit agencies, banks and corporates working across Ukraine's energy sector.
The event came at a hard moment. Kyiv had faced some of the most intense attacks of the war in the weeks prior, with the energy sector hit especially hard – a reminder of the urgent and continuing work to battle-harden the sector against russia's indiscriminate attacks.
Economy Minister Oleksandr Kravchenko and Deputy Minister of Energy Anatolii Kutsevol set out Ukraine's new energy strategy and its pipeline of investment projects. Participants then took part in an interactive, closed-door discussion focused on the practical steps and financing needed to advance new energy projects in Ukraine.
