MANAGEMENT

Tetiana Shyshlova is the CEO of DTEK Service, DTEK Group's partner company providing comprehensive expert services and consulting. She has held her current position since 2017, when she joined the company.

Over a 20 year career, Tetiana has become an expert in business organisation, process optimisation and efficiency improvement within the customer service segment.

Between 2011 and 2017, Tetiana was Director of Procurement, General Administration and Property Management at Ukrsibbank (BNP Paribas), where she was responsible for implementing Lean and Six Sigma outsourcing service models. There she was awarded the title of "BNP Paribas Group Top Manager" and also served as Chair of the company’s Charity Committee.

From 2006-2011, she headed the Procurement Department at UniCredit Group.

Tetiana graduated from Kyiv State University of Food Technologies, Faculty of Economics.
