russia attacked a DTEK Odesa Grids facility in the early hours of Tuesday, 4th November.

The damage is significant, and repairs will require considerable time to restore the equipment to operational condition.

DTEK repair crews will begin recovery work as soon as they receive clearance from military and emergency services.
