DTEK Group signed the UN Global Compact Memorandum on Joint Anti-Corruption Actions in Ukraine three years ago. As agents of change, we motivate the business community in the country to move towards European standards. Recently, DTEK Group became the first Ukrainian company to join the Partnership Against Corruption Initiative (PACI) of the World Economic Forum to combine efforts to fight corruption with leading global companies and accelerate the transformation of Ukraine. This shows the recognition of DTEK's achievements in following the best international anti-corruption practices and promoting anti-corruption culture and experience in Ukraine.

DTEK WINS S&P PLATTS GLOBAL ENERGY AWARD 2023 FOR "GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND"
DTEK Group was honored at the "Oscars of Energy" in New York on December 7 for its contribution to keeping the lights on across Ukraine during the war.
DTEK won the Corporate Impact Award at the 25th S&P Platts Global Energy Awards for "having gone above and beyond in its corporate impact." One of the judges stated, "DTEK is persevering amidst upheaval and crisis … they are a pillar for the people of Ukraine."

RUSSIA CONTINUES TO CARRY OUT TERRORIST ATTACKS AGAINST CIVILIAN AND ENERGY FACILITIES IN UKRAINE
russia launched repeated attacks against a DTEK thermal power plant near the contact line for many hours on Thursday and Friday (December 7-8), damaging equipment but not resulting in any casualties.
There have been 128 attacks on DTEK power stations since the start of the full-scale invasion in February 2022. Over 10,000 (10,883) pieces of DTEK infrastructure have been hit since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.
DTEK continues to do everything possible to maintain the reliable operation of the Ukrainian power system and is coordinating its response with power grid operator NPC Ukrenergo.
