DTEK was awarded the "Best Employer Brand" by the "TOP 100. Ratings of the Largest" magazine, published by Delo.ua. Olena Semych, DTEK's Chief Officer of Human Resources, Social Development and Environment, was included in the top 30 HR directors in Ukraine according to the magazine.
"People are the main resource and competitive asset of a company. DTEK supports talented youth, as well as its employees, helps them discover their potential and find themselves in the profession," Olena Semych noted.
According to her, DTEK actively attracts young talents and invests in staff development.

The rating of the best HR-directors by Delo.ua took into account three evaluation factors: 20% – readers' vote on the Delo.ua website, 60% – the expert jury's opinion, 20% – the editorial board's choice. The long list included 150+ representatives of the profession.
The experts evaluated the candidates using four criteria: diversity and inclusion policy, employee loyalty to the employer brand, career growth system and approaches to staff development, the company's value proposition and its market reputation.
The top 30 rating also includes HR directors at Kyivstar, Metinvest, Astarta, Kernel, Farmak, MHP, Nova Poshta, ATB Corporation, etc.
The rating is to be published on the Delo.ua website on October 8.
