CNN: 'their tactics have changed': russia's bid to blow apart Ukraine's power grid

In a CNN article, DTEK CEO Maxim Timchenko warned that Russia has significantly altered its strategy for attacking Ukraine's energy infrastructure.

"Rather than continuing to focus their attacks on Ukraine's transmission systems, from late March, Russia began launching massive attacks on our energy generation infrastructure," Timchenko told CNN.
