One of the facility was seriously damaged
On December 29, tussian troops carried out another massive attack on civilian and energy facilities in Ukraine. The enemy damaged one of the facilities of DTEK Energy, which had previously been repeatedly attacked.
As a result of the attack, one of the employees of the station received minor injuries, he was promptly provided with medical assistance and taken to the hospital.
The company's equipment was significantly damaged as a result of the shelling. After the end of the attack, the power industry quickly started eliminating the consequences of the attack and restoring the operation of the company's equipment.
As a matter of safety, only the critically important members of employees stay at the facilities, others are working remotely. DTEK Energy continues doing whatever is possible to sustain the reliable work of Ukrainian energy system under conditions of the aggressor’s terror against the energy sector. The company aligns its actions with NEC Ukrenergo.
In September-December, DTEK Energy's energy facilities were subjected to 22 russian terrorist attacks. As a result, 26 energy workers were injured, 3 died. There were also casualties among rescuers and employees of contracting organizations.
