Dmytro Osyka is Chief Information Officer at DTEK Group, a position he has held since March 2021. In September 2022, he also became Chief Executive of Modus X, DTEK’s digital solutions provider, having previously headed MODUS’s Digital Transformation Program.

Mr Osyka joined DTEK as a programmer shortly after the company’s creation in 2005 and progressed to become Head of Information Technology by 2016. Along the way he also served as Head of IT at DTEK Skhidenergo and Deputy IT Director at DTEK Service.

Prior to DTEK, Dymtro worked as a software engineer at Service-Invest, which later became part of DTEK.

Mr Osyka graduated from the Donetsk National Technical University in 2004 with an honours degree in Computer Technologies and Automation. In 2006, he received a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management. While working at DTEK, Dymtro completed both the Energy of Knowledge MBA Program at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School (2014) and INSEAD’s Energy of the Leadership MBA Program. Dmytro has Mater’s Degree in Computer Science.

He holds the company’s highest award for performance: the DTEK Gold Mark.
