Serhii Kovalenko

Serhii has led D.Solutions, the operating company of the YASNO brand, since November 2021. He oversees operations in Ukraine’s electricity sector, focusing on crisis management, public communication, and expanding the brand’s national footprint.

Serhii has a proven record in FMCG, logistics, and finance, leading teams in Ukraine and Kazakhstan. During the large-scale attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure from October 2022, he became a public voice for the energy sector. His leadership has returned YASNO to, and beyond, pre-war levels. Before D.Solutions, he held roles at ZIP, ModnaKasta, Nova Poshta, and ATFBank.

Serhii holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from Alfred Nobel University and completed executive education at the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Academy, Aspen Institute Kyiv, Harvard Business School, University of Chicago Booth, and others.
