Dmytro Osyka

Dmytro has led MODUS X since its founding in September 2022, overseeing the development and implementation of digital transformation solutions. He has also concurrently served as DTEK Group's Chief Information Officer since March 2021.

Dmytro joined DTEK at the start of his career, progressing from software engineer at Service-Invest to roles including Head of IT Department at DTEK Skhidenergo, Deputy IT Director, and Head of the IT Group. Since 2018, he has led the MODUS digital transformation programme. For his achievements, he was awarded the "Golden Sign of DTEK."

He graduated with honours from Donetsk National Technical University (BSc and MSc in Computer Information Technologies and Automation), later earning a degree in Economics and Management. Dmytro completed MBA training at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School (2014) and INSEAD (2017).
