Alina Bondarenko

Appointed CEO of DTEK Grids in 2024, Alina leads the company responsible for distribution system operations across Ukraine. In this role, she prioritises the prompt restoration of destroyed distribution grids and the development of Smart Grid technologies.

Alina joined DTEK Group in 2014 and has extensive experience in development and service management within the group. Prior to becoming CEO, she served as Chief Operating Officer at DTEK Grids and held executive roles at DTEK Energy, developing deep expertise in energy infrastructure management.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrification and Automation of Agriculture from the National Agricultural University. Alina also completed an MBA programme, "Energy of Knowledge" in 2018 and the "Energy of the Leader" programme in 2019.
