DTEK Compliance Programme is a group-wide strategic document, which is aimed at:
- helping DTEK Group to achieve its strategic business goals of diversifying current geographical exposure and growing internationally;
- providing information on strategic vectors of the development of the compliance function that would allow to monitor and control further progress;
- increasing awareness of DTEK Group’s investors, business partners and other stakeholders on the elements of compliance management system at DTEK Group.
As per the Compliance Programme, key goals of DTEK Compliance function for 2024 – 2026 include:
- conducting corruption risk identification and assessment of the business processes;
- developing system of internal policies, procedures and controls to manage corruption and sanctions risks;
- ensure independence compliance function and its development;
- harmonizing DTEK Group’s compliance management system with global climate change trends and requirements;
- promoting compliance culture and management oversight;
- conducting trainings and communications;
- automating compliance systems;
- perform third party risk management, including in the course of high-risk transactions, and M&As;
- ensuring protection of whistleblowers and participation in internal investigations;
- performing monitoring and reporting functions.
The Compliance Programme covers the projects and tasks started in 2024, as well as outlines planned activities and strategic goals for developing compliance function for 2025 – 2026.
The results and status of the implementation of the Compliance Programme will be highlighted in the annual Compliance Reports.
