On February 10-13, the third module of the flagship program "Energy of Innovation: Executive MBA" took place, during which the participants of the second group began to work on the planning of their innovative projects which will become their theses.
From the very beginning of the program, all participants work on a real team business project. And already at the end of the program, they have a realized prototype or pilot, which contributes to the implementation of strategic innovations in the company and the country as a whole.
During the first two modules of the program, the participants decided on the topic of the innovative project. And on the third, they moved to its planning. The groups are divided in such a way that pilot projects are implemented at all DTEK Businesses at once.
The key speaker of the module was Sergey Potapov, consultant, project management trainer, LvBS lecturer. During the module, the participants:
- talked about project management in the operational and strategic management system;

- applied project management tools for detailed planning of their own projects in their project teams;
