Igor Shchurov

Igor has led DTEK Oil&Gas since the company’s foundation in 2011. He is responsible for leading the company, boosting production fivefold and securing a 40% share in private gas production.

With 27 years’ experience in oil and gas, Igor oversees energy production, operations management, and strategic development for DTEK Oil&Gas. He is credited with establishing the company’s leading position in Ukraine’s energy landscape.

Igor holds an MBA, a PhD in Technical Sciences, and a Doctorate in Economics. Since 2017, he has been an Honorary Professor at the National University "Poltava Polytechnic".
