DTEK signs the Human Capital Resilience Charter,
joining top-tier Ukrainian employers

Together with SCM, DTEK signed the Human Capital Resilience Charter in support of workforce and veterans.

It is a flagship initiative of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, developed in partnership with the Ministry of Veterans Affairs and the National Bank of Ukraine. Leading international institutions, including the EBRD, the Folke Bernadotte Academy, and Korn Ferry, support its implementation.

Launched in response to the profound disruptions caused by russia’s full-scale invasion, the Charter establishes a new paradigm for responsible human capital governance rooted in dignity, inclusion, and long-term resilience. It serves as an institutional anchor for aligning policy, business, and international cooperation around people-centered economic growth.

At the URC it was officially introduced as an institutional framework designed to guide the renewal of Ukraine’s labor market in alignment with international best practices and inclusive economic principles.
