Today, only the synergy of business and education as well as local and international experience can produce a breakthrough result because innovation is born at the intersection of different trends, sciences, ideas, and cultures. It is important for Academy DTEK to be part of the international education community and able to adopt the best world practices in business education as well as present their own innovative developments.

The interactive formats developed by the Academy DTEK team have received high praise from the CEEMAN (Central and East European Management Development Association) community. According to Valeria Zabolotna, Rector of Academy DTEK, this is a unique format with no analogues on the market of educational services in Ukraine. Combining education, entertainment, and technology increases the effectiveness of learning. The main feature is the participant’s involvement in the process as the main character whose decisions directly affect the result and the plot.

“The future of business education is based on creating mixed formats, enriched with emotional context, which awakens the desire to continue to increase the workload, explore, find your own ways, and share experiences. Academy DTEK's interactive formats involve participants in the learning process, increase the level of information assimilation, and motivate further exploration of the topic. This project is the result of hard work by the Academy team and one of the steps towards its ambitious goal: to retrain large numbers of adults and help everyone feel in demand throughout life. In this way, it is especially important for us to join forces with international experts represented by the CEEMAN Association. Its activities are focused on introducing creative innovative technologies strengthening global cultural values. Because of this, it is especially valuable for us to receive positive feedback and recognition of our activities. This motivates further work and reinforces the synergy of Ukraine's business education with world trends," said Valeria Zabolotna, Rector Academy DTEK.

Academy DTEK joined CEEMAN in 2019 and is the only corporate university among the members. It is a professional community of more than 200 management development institutions in more than 50 countries in Europe, North America, Africa, and Asia. The Association was established in 1993 to accelerate the development of management technologies in Central and Eastern Europe. Its activities are aimed at improving management education quality and creating a favorable environment for further development of business and society.
