7 project teams of the 2nd stream of the flagship program Academy DTEK "Energy of Innovation: Executive MBA" presented the topics of innovative team business projects to DTEK management, revealing the feasibility and relevance, goals and objectives, expected results and success criteria of the project pilot and value and practicality in general for the company. As a result, 6 teams immediately received a decision to approve the project theme. 1 team must take into account the comments of the company's management on the feasibility of the project topic and re-submit it.
The teams have a lot of work ahead, because the next stage is the presentation of the project pilot's plan and budget to the Investment Council in June this year. DTEK's management is convinced that the people and the projects they implement are the best investment, both financially and in their time. Through the implementation of a team business project increases the competitiveness and expertise of the company, working in a team of managers of various functions leads to a deeper understanding of strategic decisions of individual departments and the company as a whole and allows them not only vertical but also horizontal growth.
The flagship program "Energy of Innovation: Executive MBA" is unique in focusing on the implementation of an innovative project.
