Elena Semich, Executive Director of DTEK Energy, was appointed DTEK's HR, Social Development and Environment Director. This new position was created as a part of DTEK`s transformation under its New Strategy 2030.

Elena possesses profound professional expertise and vast experience in management. She joined DTEK in 2009, assuming the role of Head of the Benefits and Compensations Unit (Personnel Planning Department of HR Management Division). In September 2010, she was appointed Head of Department in DTEK's HR Management Division. In August 2014, Elena was promoted to role of HR Director at DTEK Energy. In April 2020, she was appointed Executive Director of DTEK Energy.

Prior to this, between 2002-2009, Elena Semich worked for Interpipe NTRP, where she started her career as an engineer and eventually became head of department. She is a graduate of the National Metallurgy Academy of Ukraine with a degree in economics of enterprises.
