The shutdowns caused by the COVID 19 pandemic have accelerated the process of digitization and automation. Governments, companies and consumers were forced to adapt new digital technologies more quickly than they expected. But despite this, we are only at the beginning of this global process.
How to profit from disorder om a digital world? We talked about this with Dr. Milo Jones, Professor of Strategy and Change Management at IE Business School, at the Energy of Knowledge Alumni meeting.
«For the coming months, we will live in mind-blowing changes. Some existing trends will be reversed, some will change trajectory, some will accelerate, and some new ones will emerge. The digital future – Human + AI Symbiosis! Symbiosis is the interaction between two different organisms living in close physical association, typically to the advantage of both» – noted Professor Milo Jones.
«Leaders should not be intimidated and pressured by the inevitability of digital transformation but should constantly focus on reducing friction between their teams and digital capabilities», says Valeria Zabolotnaya, Rector of the DTEK Academy.
“Alumni meetings for transformational long-term programs are important as a continuation of the philosophy of lifelong learning, as well as maintaining and rethinking everything that participants receive during their studies», says Mariana Khomitska, Head of Talent Development.
Energy of Knowledge is a long-term program for the development of managerial skills, which was launched in 2011 and was implemented until 2019. During the 9 years, 12 groups of 311 people have successfully graduated from the program.
