The American University of Kyiv is launching a unique higher education model, providing an innovative global learning experience for Ukrainian students by bringing American standards of education to Ukraine. It is working with Arizona State University, which is recognised as one of the top most innovative in the United States. AUK's other partners are Ukrainian and international organizations and businesses, including the DTEK Academy.

American University in Ukraine will allow students to obtain higher education in several modern specialties. In particular, it will focus on delivering the knowledge needed for a successful career in digitalization, IT and new technologies, and business transformation management to solve sustainable development problems. Naturally, we hope to see graduates of the American University in Ukraine in the DTEK teams of the future.”
Arizona State University is one of the largest public universities in the United States, with more than 135,000 students and 4,500+ faculty. ASU ranks first in the ranking of innovation in the United States according to US News & World Report and is considered one of the most prestigious universities in the world according to Times Higher Education.
The start of the first AUK training programmes is scheduled to start in March 2022. Prospective students will have the opportunity to choose from master's and bachelor's programmes in IT, engineering, business and management, health sciences, architecture and design, and law. The founding rector is Dr. Roman Sheremeta, one of the most eminent Ukrainian economists in the world.

I have always dreamed of returning to Ukraine and using my experience and knowledge to do something important for the country.
