The DTEK youth movement was established in 2018 by DTEK Energo and has since been joined by 26 DTEK Energo-owned enterprises, as well as by employees from other DTEK businesses. The youth movement currently has over 800 members, with more than 300 events held annually across cities where it has a presence.
All forms of activity, functions, and projects undertaken by the youth movement are proposed and implemented by young professionals.
Youth movement members participate in the following areas:
1. SOCIAL
Involvement in social initiative projects and programs (improvement of city and enterprise grounds, corporate volunteering, etc.)
2. INNOVATION AND PRODUCTION
Involvement in innovative processes and projects, generation of new ideas for the improvement of business processes
3. SPORTS
Leading a healthy lifestyle (soccer, corporate runs)
4. CULTURAL
Staging cultural events on company premises
5. EDUCATIONAL
Development of youth training programs, expertise and knowledge transfer, mentorship
