Academy DTEK is working together with its international partners – INSEAD, IE Business School, Thunderbird, HRCI, and Kyiv Mohyla Business School – to design programs based on innovative approaches to management and training, making the most of big data, start-ups and virtual reality tools. Academy DTEK’s programs will combine global best practices with unparalleled levels of Ukrainian commercial expertise to tailor them to the realities of the Ukrainian market.

“Academy DTEK will play a crucial role in facilitating the sort of innovation that is helping Ukraine make a name for itself on the world stage. Ukraine is making major advances in numerous areas, such as renewable energy, IT, and the electric vehicle market. Academy DTEK will ensure the Ukrainian workforce is given the right training to drive increased innovation and competitiveness.” – said Aleksandr Kucherenko, DTEK's Director for Sustainable Development.

"Innovations change the world. For Ukraine, they are a tool that could trigger the country’s economic breakthrough. Over the past 14 years, DTEK has invested more than $8.5 billion in three main areas: technology, customer service and education. People are the driving force behind any change so it’s vital we give them the knowledge and training they need. This new chapter of Academy DTEK will foster a new generation of private and public managers who can transform the Ukrainian economy.” – said Maxim Timchenko, CEO of DTEK.

Academy DTEK is recognized as Ukraine's leading corporate university. Its specialists have developed more than two thousand educational programs and standards, which have helped more than 219,000 employees from a selection of Ukraine's best companies and 17 government agencies develop their potential. Academy DTEK will be based at UNIT.City, a centre of innovation equipped with the most advanced technical facilities.
