Kiev, 25 September, 2008. – DTEK signed an agreement to SAP to purchase SAP business solutions to create a unified enterprise management system for the DTEK Group. The corporate system SAP ERP is planned to be implemented in 2008-2012 at all the main enterprises of DTEK.

Kiev, 24 September, 2008. – Fitch Ratings global rating agency upgraded the outlook of DTEK Holdings Limited (DTEK) rating from ‘Stable’ to ‘Positive’. The international long-term rating of the Company is maintained at ‘B+’ level, the international short-term rating at ‘B’ level, and the national long-term rating at ‘AA’ level.

Kiev, 29 July 2008. – According to the results of the 1^st half of 2008, DTEK keeps its leading position in the coal and energy sector of Ukraine. The Company’s share was 27.8% in total thermal coal output, 27.3% in thermal generation and 6.5% in electricity distribution.

Kiev, 29 July 2008. – DTEK, the leader in the fuel and energy sector of Ukraine, has summed up its preliminary financial performance in the first half of 2008 on the basis of management reports. Consolidated sales proceeds of DTEK from January-June 2008 amounted to UAH 6.034m., and EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) hit approx. UAH 1.6bn.

Kiev, 21 July, 2008 – Donbass Fuel-Energy Company is finalizing the procedures for an issue of internal bonds to an amount of UAH 500 m. It is planned to place them at PFTS by the end of the current month. The securities have been issued for the term of 3 years with a coupon payment at the rate of 10.5% p.a.

Kiev, 14 July 2008. – Donbass Fuel-Energy Company has raised EUR 50 m stand-by loan arranged by Erste Bank Group and Erste Bank Ukraine. The facility has been structured for M&A purposes in order to provide DTEK with a financing concept, that allows to draw in cash but also guarantees/LCs, should that be required in the context of an acquisition.

Kiev, 01 July 2008. – Donbass Fuel-Energy Company Ltd. is planning to issue internal bonds amounting to UAH 500m for a term of 3 years. Payment on securities will be made according to coupons with a rate of 10.5%. Fitch Ratings global rating agency has assigned AA-(ukr) rating to these securities.
