Sotsugol is a subsidiary of the largest coal producer in Ukraine – Pavlogradugol. Sotsugol is represented by a number of social profile enterprises, located in the Western Donbass, in Zaporozh’ye and Kherson Regions, as well as in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. It incorporates a hotel, catering facilities, hostels, recreation centers, health camps for children, sports facilities, a community centre, a ‘young technicians’ club, a holiday rest complex Samara and a vacation hotel Zapadny Donbass.

The major task of Sotsugol is the efficient management of the social assets incorporated into the enterprise. At the same time, the other task is to improve the quality of services, rendered to the employees of Pavlogradugol and their families.

The updating and replenishment of the inventory stocks of the recreational and health-improving assets, the reconstruction thereof and the involvement of highly-skilled experts – these are the perspective plans of Sotsugol.
