Vostokenergo

Vostokenergo operates three thermal power plants: Zuevskaya, Kurakhovskaya and Luganskaya. The share of the company in the total amount of thermal electric power generation in Ukraine amounts to 25.4%. The work of about 6 thousand qualified specialists headed by experienced managers ensures uninterrupted electric power generation. A comparison of the most important rates of electric power generating companies, such as Installed Capacity Utilization Rate (ICUR), electric power tariffs and production cost gives evidence of the obvious priority of the Company over other generating enterprises. • introduction of a new technical policy to improve the qualitative level of power equipment overhauls;
• introduction of new management methods based upon modern information systems and technologies;
• introduction of a system of conformity with environmental standards, which will help make electricity generation not only useful for people, but also environmentally friendly.
