The three thermal power plants incorporated into DTEK – Zuyevskaya, Kurakhovskaya and Luganskaya, run by Vostokenergo, generate electricity.

Vostokenergo is the first and the only private power generation company in Ukraine, it occupies ¼ of the Ukrainian thermal power market.

TPPs incorporated in Vostokenergo consume the minimum volume of gas – its share in the general fuel structure is about 1 %. High-quality thermal coal coming from DTEK coal production assets is the key raw material for the thermal power plants.

Tekhrempostavka deals with modernization and reconstruction of power equipment. The company is also a structural unit of DTEK.
