Associated companies
Associated companies – the companies upon which DTEK has significant influence and which are not DTEK’s subsidiaries or joint ventures.
The significant influence means that DTEK directly or indirectly owns above 20 % of the associated companies’ authorized fund or DTEK has representatives in their Management Board, Supervisory Board or other similar management body of the companies, or DTEK takes part in the companies’ strategy development or in the companies’ operations. print version |
