Donetsk, September 09, 2010 - DTEK, Ukraine’s leading fuel and energy company, announces today that the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine has approved an increase in the installed capacity of unit # 7 at its Kurakhovskaya thermal power plant (TPP), by 15 MW from 210MW to 225MW. The cost of the first stage of reconstruction, undertaken between May 2009 and March 2010, amounted to UAH81.9m.

Donetsk, August 11, 2010. – Vostokenergo, a subsidiary of DTEK, has increased the installed capacity of unit 1, Zuevskaya TPP from 300 to 325 MW following its UAH183.7m reconstruction, which has now been approved by the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine. The reconstruction was undertaken between May and December 2009.
